These terms govern the use of services provided by Cimorge Wellness. By booking a session, you agree to the following:

Services

Cimorge Wellness provides counselling and psychotherapy services for individuals and couples, both online and in person.

Appointments

  • Sessions must be booked in advance via the booking system.
  • You are responsible for selecting a suitable time.
  • Please ensure you attend sessions promptly.

Fees

  • Individual sessions: £120 / $160
  • Couples sessions: £160 /$180
  • Fees must be paid in advance of the session unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellations and Mixed Sessions

  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations.
  • Late cancellations or missed sessions may be charged in full or issued as a credit (depending on policy).

Online Sessions

  • You are responsible for ensuring a private, safe, and stable internet connection.
  • Sessions must not be recorded without explicit consent.

Confidentiality

All sessions are confidential, subject to legal and ethical exceptions (see Privacy Policy).

Suitability of All Service

  • Therapy may not be suitable for crisis situations.
  • If you are in immediate distress, please contact emergency services or appropriate support lines.

Professional Boundaries

  • Communication outside of sessions is limited to scheduling and administrative matters.
  • Therapy is conducted within professional and ethical guidelines.

Limitation of Liability

While every effort is made to provide high-quality care, outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
